Blidi Elliott, Managing Member, Veridian LLC
Blidi Elliott has led organizations in Liberia's public and private sectors for more than two decades. He was Director of Strategy and, before that, Director of Administration at the Liberia Telecommunications Authority, where he led the Authority's 5-Year Strategic Plan and Liberia's numbering, wholesale access, satellite, and mobile tariff regulations.
He coordinated the World Bank's WARCIP program, which landed the ACE submarine cable and brought high-speed broadband to Liberia. Earlier, he established VIST Ghana Ltd., launched what became Liberia's largest VSAT service, and served as Director General of the Liberia Broadcasting System. He holds an Executive MBA from GIMPA.
